Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and in original packaging.

There are no refunds or exchanges for:

Purchasing a wrong size

Buyers remorse

RETURNED ITEMS: 

If an item is returned to the printing facility because of a wrong address, the customer will be notified.  

For the package to be re-shipped, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please use the Contact Us Page for direction. Please have your order # included in your message.   

Defective items will require pictures and a description along with your order #.

​

When preparing a return, place the item securely in its original packaging; include your order number, and a print out of the course of action decided on when you contacted us.
